YOGA AND AYURVEDA DAY RETREAT

SUNDAY | JULY 6TH | 9AM - 4:30PM
Location: The Dunalley Community Hall.

The Meeting Place is a Yoga and Ayurveda Day Retreat lead and guided by Bridie Young from Yoga Coast.

Ayurveda is the ancient holistic medicine of India meaning the 'science' or 'truth' of life. Ayurveda is an ocean of wisdom holding principles, tools and practices birthed from the laws of nature so we can live an abundant life of health and longevity.

A day of nurture established in rhythm with nature. The Meeting Place invites your mind and body towards a state of harmony and balance through meditation, vinyasa flow, education, nourishing food and yin yoga.

Feel empowered by the foundations of Ayurveda to take responsibility for your own health and wellbeing. Be held in discussion and discover the principles of Ayurveda and your unique constitution as you meet yourself through the eye of nature. A day to spark inspiration for a journey of integrating and embodying the law of nature in your every day lifestyle. And of course a day for you to recharge and realign with your unique truth as you find harmony during the season of Winter.

We acknowledge, respect and give thanks to this land we gather on today, Lutruwita and the ancestors of its people, the Palawa past, present and emerging.

We acknowledge the deep emotional, physical and spiritual connection of the Palawa people with this land and their innate wisdom and understanding of Mother Nature.

May we, through the medium of Ayurveda begin to scrape the surface of such wisdom and understanding  and dive to the depths of connection. May we spark and remember the laws of nature carried innately in our hearts.
